I’m not a fan of New Year’s resolutions–they strike me as empty traditionalism that usually fizzles out–and I can’t remember the last time I made some. But if you must have New Year’s resolutions, you could do worse than gain inspiration from some of the items on CNN’s list (via @PicardonHealth).
Less screen time? More sleep time? Fewer distractions? Healthier food?
Not a bad place to start.
And if you must promise to yourself to lose weight, listen to episode 103 of the “Within Reason” podcast, which will be released in mid-January. Losing weight is a losing battle; listen to what the evidence says you should do instead.
